Texas Equine Photographer | Gracie the Arabian
Gracie, A Savings Grace, is a 14-year-old Arabian/Warmblood Mare. She is a gorgeous chestnut paint with four white legs and super unique face markings.
Gracie is a lovely trail horse and has her mothers kindness and intelligence passed down to her. Just like her mother, she takes very good care of the therapeutic children and the lessons students that ride her. She loves Janine, her owner, and Janine’s husband very much.
Emily Wolf works with her as a project and Janine’s husband enjoys taking her on trail rides. Gracie also enjoys Janine’s granddaughter, Amelia, and loves when she rides her. Grace is a dressage mare, but loves to also work western. Gracie has lovely lateral movement and has a very good brain, she knows a lot, sometimes more than you. She is one of the most well trained mares and enjoys being ridden.
Gracie was bred by Janine, and is out of Janine’s mare Rain.

Janine started riding when she was little, on her childhood Appaloosa, Lighting, and she continued to ride at various barns and worked at Arabian facilities and other dressage facilities until she established her own. She has had horses pretty much all of her life. She loves being able to work with them and see how much they change with the different riders and who they attach too and how they grow with her and them.
Janine was very proud of Gracie one day when she was working with the therapy riders, one of the riders slowly began to lose her balance and fall to the left and as soon as Gracie felt her slipping, she stopped and made sure the rider got help before continuing on.
