BAZOOKA BOB | 10 YEAR OLD AMERICAN SADDLEBRED | MAGNOLIA, TX
Bob, Bazooka Bob, is an American Saddlebred Gelding. His dam is Promise Keeper who is by Curlin mare Mira Alta. His sire is Pleasant View’s Eye Kandy. He was bred by A. E. Nelson. Bob trains at Lone Star Saddlebreds in Magnolia, TX.
Bob has a beautiful brown color with a distinctive white star and stripe on his forehead that makes him stand out in a crowd. What really sets him apart, though, is his playful personality. When Bob is in the ring, he can’t resist sticking his tongue out, making everyone around him laugh. But don’t be fooled by his goofy antics; Bob is also a loving and affectionate horse who adores snuggling up to his human friends and rubbing his head on them for extra cuddles.
Amelia, the proud owner of Bob the Horse, has always had a passion for horses. When she discovered Lone Star Saddlebreds, she knew she had found a special place. It was there that she met Bob for the first time, and it was love at first sight. Even though Bob was only supposed to be there temporarily, Amelia couldn’t resist his charming personality and beautiful appearance. Four months later, Bob was officially part of Amelia’s family, and they’ve been enjoying many happy rides and cuddles ever since.
Bob has a big heart and a big appetite to match, but there’s one treat that always gets him neighing with excitement: apples! There’s just something about the juicy crunch and sweet flavor of this fruit that makes Bob’s day.
Matt, Amelia’s father, shares that their journey into the world of horseback riding began with a simple desire to support his daughter’s interests. When she expressed a love for horses and a desire to learn how to ride, Matt and his family jumped at the opportunity to explore this new world. Two years later, they’ve found themselves completely enamored with the equestrian community and all that it has to offer. They’ve met some wonderful people and have been amazed at the growth they’ve seen in their daughter as she’s honed her riding skills. For Matt and his family, horses have become a beloved part of their lives and a source of joy and adventure.
For Matt, there’s no memory that brings a bigger smile to his face than the day they gave Bob to their daughter Amelia. From the moment Amelia laid eyes on Bob, there was an instant connection between them. They bonded over their shared love of sticking their tongues out when concentrating, and Matt knew that Bob had to be part of their family. When they were finally able to purchase Bob and make him a permanent member of their household, Amelia was overjoyed. She gave Bob a big hug, and Matt knew that they had made the right choice. Seeing the love and happiness between his daughter and their beloved horse was a moment that he’ll cherish forever.
