Ta-Da, Kyle, is a 9-year-old Thoroughbred Gelding. He lives at Little Bay Farm in Magnolia, TX, where the pair train with Laura Mendoza.
Kristian and Kyle really bonded on the ground when he was laid with an injury 2 years ago. Kristin loved being able to get past his slightly closed-off aloof personality and really be able to connect and understand one another.
Kyle is an off-the-track Thoroughbred who just turned 9. “Kyle and I compete in the AA hunters, sometimes the AO 3’3″ hunters depending on how brave I am that day.” Kristin describes Kyle’s personality as quirky and special, but he also loves his job and being played with. He is shockingly brave but very particular about certain things. “He is fabulous at his job if I get out of the way, and he isn’t afraid to tell me so. He has taught me so very much and we have gained a real appreciation for each other.” He was champion in the Zone in the TB hunters last year.
