Today is all about the Ponies (and horses) that trust us and go out in the arena and put their entire heart into what they are doing. Let’s be honest. They may be one of the most important parts of a Horse Show.
Comment on this blog post and tell me what your favorite memory of you horse is. I will choose one lucky person who comments on the Pin Oak Charity Horse Show Blog series to win a special surprise gift from me!
Check back the next week for part 4 of the blog, and don’t forget to check out Part 1 & 2.
To schedule a session of your own email me at [email protected].
I made it!!! I love these so much. I love how candid they are because everyone knows that this is an “action” sport but no one truly knows or understands the actions behind the trips in the ring.
My favorite memory with my big guy, is from this Pin Oak!!! (Thanks for putting him on your blog!!!) but after him having surgery and being off for months, Pin Oak was our first show back, which was a little nerve wrecking! But he went in with more confidence and excitement than ever and we placed in the top! I’ve never felt more proud of my old man since he put all he had into those courses! I cried so hard with tears of joy! Since he’s older, I never know when he will be tired of competing, but for right now he says he wants to keep going!!! At least, once he rehabs from his latest injury 😂
I just love the daily memories I make grooming and simply being with my horse. Those are the ones that really stick with me.
Also? I think I’m in the 7th picture down, standing at the in gate to the Jumper ring next to (I believe) Christian Rogge. 😂
