BREY | 6 YEAR-OLD GOLDEN RETRIEVER | AUSTIN, TX
Brey is a six-year-old female Golden Retriever who has captured the hearts of everyone she meets. Brey was found by her owner, Lacy, from a breeder in Florida, and has been a loyal companion ever since.
One of Brey’s favorite pastimes is playing with her toys. She can often be found carrying around a tennis ball or chewing on a squeaky toy. Lacy loves to watch Brey’s excitement as she plays and always keeps a stash of toys on hand for her beloved pup.
However, the best memories Lacy has with Brey involve traveling the country together. Every year, they embark on a coast-to-coast adventure, exploring new places and creating unforgettable memories. Brey is always eager to hit the road and is the perfect travel buddy.
One particular memory that stands out for Lacy is when they were at Tryon, a little lake in North Carolina. Brey jumped off a high pier to come to her, which was a fantastic moment for Lacy. She loves Brey’s adventurous spirit and willingness to take risks, even if it means getting a little wet.
Brey’s playful and loving personality has endeared her to everyone she meets. Her loyal and affectionate nature is a testament to the unconditional love that dogs bring into our lives. Lacy feels incredibly grateful to have Brey by her side and looks forward to making many more memories with her faithful furry friend.

Portraits for Charity was an idea Karinda dreamt up to help give back to families impacted by Childhood Cancer in memory of her husband’s sister Jessica. During the 2023 Pin Oak Charity Horse Show Karinda photographed around 150 Horses and Dogs and was able to donate just under $15,000 to Candlelighter’s Houston.
