Texas Equine Photographer | Spitfire the Arabian
Spitfire, Noor Hayati WBF, is a flashy Chestnut Arabian Gelding with Chrome. His bloodlines include Thee Desperado, Echo Magnifico, Aladdinn, The Egyptian Prince, and Pardons Psyche.
Spitfire currently lives at Austin Equestrian Center and is in training with Catherine Campbell. He is an extremely curious guy who likes to use his mouth to “test the waters.” He is very sweet and loves to take a good gallop in the pasture. Spitfire is currently in training for under saddle work.
Kathy has has spitfire since he was 3 months old. He was only 24 Hours old when Kathy first met him. She was volunteering at the ranch and couldn’t stop bugging her husband about this beautiful colt that was just a “throw away” colt to everyone at the barn because he wasn’t exactly what they wanted. Kathy was at a time in her life where she needed him, and he needed a person. Kathy’s husband finally said yes, and the rest is history!
Kathy describes him as “Supercalafragilisticexpialidocious,” and says he loves German Horse Muffins.
Spitfire has a few wins in halter under his belt from a young age, but Kathy says by far his greatest accomplishment is learning to behave.
“I have had an affinity for horses since before I can remember. My family lived and traveled and I would align myself with them wherever we were all around the world. The smell :)”
Kathy can not wait to be able to ride him one day.
