You might recognize these two from when I photographed Samantha’s high school senior portraits. Now Samanta is all grown up and graduating from Baylor soon. I was so excited when she told me that she wanted to do College Senior Portraits with her new boy Diamond at Little Bay Farm.
At the end of our portrait session the sun decided to peek out for Samantha’s second look, and I convinced Samantha that we should turn Diamond loose in his pasture and see if we could do a few portraits of the two of them just handing out, and I am sooo glad we did because these are some of my favorite portraits from the entire session.
Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that Samantha convinced her amazing parents to join us for a quick family portrait. They insisted we re-create one of their family portraits from when Samantha was a little girl, and it turned out so perfect! I am so glad they brought that picture along, and insisted we try to recreate it. I think in 2023 I photographed more families than ever before, and I can’t wait to continue to include the entire family in our equestrian portrait sessions!
