Dexter is a pure breed Yorkie and he has a friendly and fun-loving personality that is full of energy. Dexter is known for his loyalty and devotion to his family, making him a beloved member of the household.
Jaclyn never thought she would become a dog owner, let alone own small dogs. However, a friend named Caitlyn Lazzari introduced her to her two adorable pups, Georgia and Oliver. Spending time with them softened Jaclyn up to the idea of owning a dog. Then Jaclyn’s husband surprised her with a Yorkshire Terrier named Dexter. It was love at first sight, and Jaclyn knew she had found her new furry best friend.
Among Jaclyn’s favorite memories of Dexter was their first trip to the beach. On a particularly sunny day, Dexter was over the moon to explore the new environment. The moment they arrived, he immediately headed to the dock to check on the fish.
Jaclyn couldn’t help but laugh as she watched her furry companion patrol the dock, wagging his tail with excitement. Dexter’s curious and playful nature made the day all the more enjoyable.
From that day on, every time they returned to the beach, Dexter would head straight for the dock to continue his fish patrol. Jaclyn will always cherish this happy memory of Dexter enjoying his time at the beach.

Portraits for Charity was an idea Karinda dreamt up to help give back to families impacted by Childhood Cancer in memory of her husband’s sister Jessica. During the 2023 Pin Oak Charity Horse Show Karinda photographed around 150 Horses and Dogs and was able to donate just under $15,000 to Candlelighter’s Houston.
