Meet Gossip Girl, “Patty”, a 17-year-old Welsh/Arabian grey mare pony. Patty is the perfect definition of spicy giving all the sass with her huge personality. This sweet mare is adored and ridden by Paisley who has been leasing her since July of 2021 and is owned by Brooke Brown. The pair train with trains with Brooke Brown at Regal Sport Horses in Richmond, TX.
Paisley’s mom, Kaitlyn, also rides, you may recognize her horse Olympus OHS throughout our book as we photographed him at Pin Oak 2022 as well. “This spicy little pony filled a huge hole in my daughter’s heart. Her pony passed away from colic and she was heartbroken, even wanted to quit, then came Patty. This special little pony has taken Paisley cross country, to camp, and up to short stirrup all while healing her heart. She’s sweet, sassy, and oh-so patient.”, shares Kaitlyn.
Unfortunately, Patty is allergic to almost everything in life…so she really enjoys her peppermints and Liquorice. She’s always sweet and sassy but don’t you dare touch her ears! She has the best “tiptoe” sitting trot and is always excited to see her kid.
The pair’s first time competing in Short Stirrup they did amazing and placed in a very large competitive field. Patty excels at helping her kiddo conquer confidence, trust, and growth. Paisley started riding about 3 years ago. She took to it naturally and loves jumping. In Paisley’s free time you can find her pampering Patty and riding bareback.
