I photographed Stephanie’s Horse & Rider Equestrian Portraits last year in College Station, TX. It was a beautiful Texas evening which made for the most incredible lighting. Stephanie was in College Station at the time finishing up her final months of school at Texas A&M receiving her Doctor of Veterianary Medicine Degree. After many long nights and a ton of studying, all of Stephanie’s extremely hard work paid off last September as she received her Degree. Congragulations, Stephanie!
During my session with Stephanie and her horse, Duke, who by the way is the apple of her eye, Stephanie choose to wear two outfits that complemented the outdoor setting and her horse perfectly. The first outfit was a ribbed v-neck blue dress. The slight texture to the dress gave it just the perfect amount of pop that it needed, not to mention it was a gorgeous color against her horse as well as the outdoor scenery. The second look was an equestrian look with a spin. Instead of breeches we did jeans and boots, a light cream high neck top coupled with a light brown/red-ish (chestnut) blazer. This blazer looked absolutely stunning paired with Duke. They complimented each other incredibly well and the colors from Stephanie’s jacket pulled out Duke’s color and shininess fabulously.
We get it, choosing one outfit let alone multiple outfits for a session can be overwhelming. But, that’s where we come in! We can help with as much or as little as you need! We are here to help with hair, makeup, waredrobe choices/ideas and/or hair/makeup artists. Portraits are supposed to be fun and stress-free, leave the work to us and you just get to look pretty! For Stephanie and Duke, she did nothing less than look pretty, she stunned. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for her in her Veterianary career and wish all the best!
