Pepper | Homeward Farms | Pin Oak Charity Pet Portraits

Pepper is a charming 4-year-old- Double Doodle with a ton of brown curly extra fluffy hair. Pepper lives with her Mom, Lauren, and Dad, Brandon – who is the owner, rider, and trainer of Homeward Farms in Dallas, TX.

Brandon got Pepper from his parents. His parents owned Pepper’s dad and they bred him and Pepper was one of the puppies. Brandon’s favorite memory with Pepper was one from when she was a puppy and they were in Wellington, FL. Pepper would ride on Brandon’s motorbike with him from his offsite stable to the show grounds. Brandon shared “Pepper’s little ears would flap in the wind and she absolutely loved it.”

Pepper is a huge lover and is the world’s best snuggler! She loves all the treats and adores playing and hanging out with her two siblings Sheldon & Daisy, as well as all her other four-legged furry friends at the barn. It is well known that Doodle’s are very smart and there is no exception for Pepper, she is exceptionally smart when it comes to listening to her dad, Brandon. Although she loves her snuggles and is a bit needy at times, she is a very good girl.

Brandon has been riding ever since he was 6. He started out riding in South Africa doing eventing and show jumping. Brandon then moved to the United States when he was 11-years-old and rode with Matt Cyphert at Woodhill Farm. Brandon showed in his first Grand Prix when he was 16! Brandon loves creating an everlasting bond with horses and is exceptionally good at making horses sweet, happy, and bringing out their personality.

Did you know that Doodles make for the ideal service dog? They are intelligent, obedient, and have a happy demeanor making them a great emotional support dog as well.
