How do I apply to be a part of the project? Please submit the form below.

How far will you travel? I will travel within 60 miles of Houston,TX at any time through the year. I will also be scheduling dates to travel to various areas in Texas and outside of Texas through the year. I will update this page with exact dates and locations as soon as they are decided.

Dallas-October of 2016

Florida-January of 2017

California-May of 2017

Kentucky-June of 2017

More Locations TBD

What are the requirements to be a part of the project? First of all, it’s important that you own a horse..because after all this is 365 days of horses. The next requirement is that you have a barn with an aisle way at the facility where you keep your horse, or have access to haul your horse to a barn. I also ask that you are at the facility when I arrive with your horse completely groomed and ready for pictures. I will provide some tips and tricks to ensure that your horses are ready for their portrait to be made. I also will ask that each horse owner fills out a questionnaire about their horse, this will provide me with information to share in their personalized blog post for you to share with friends and family.

When will the session take place? If you are selected and you are located near Houston,TX you will receive a link with my availability where you can select a date for your session. Sessions will take place during the week. If you are located out of the area, you will be notified once there are enough horses in your area to finalize a travel date. Once the travel date has been decided you will be notified and will be able to confirm the date and time of your session.

Will I be able to purchase the pictures that you take? Yes! Each session will last around 15-20 minutes depending on the horse and most horses will have anywhere from 10-20 final images in their gallery. Each owner will set up a time for an Online Meeting where I will personally reveal their images to them. This is a super fun experience for each owner and also a great time where I will get to hear more about them and their horses to help me in creating each horses blog post. All products that are available to my clients will be available for each owner ranging from Canvas Gallery Wraps, Mounted Prints, Framed Wall Art, Albums, and Digital Files. Each owner will also be able to submit images of the walls of their home so that they can actually see their horses images on their walls.

What if I want to be in the pictures? Often times I have owners or riders that want to jump in for a few images with their horse. If you would like some of our signature Black Background Portraits with your horse while I am at your facility there is a $60 fee per horse/rider combination. I will also help guide you in deciding what to wear and help to style your horse and rider portraits. We will also be available for Horse & Rider outdoor portraits or Day at the Farm sessions while we are at your facility. If you are interested in booking one of these sessions please let me know and I will send you more information about setting those up while I am at your facility.

What if I would like a picture with multiple horses in it? We can create a beautiful portrait of all of your horses! Just let us know and we will make sure to create that image for you. There may be an additional fee for the extensive editing that is required when creating this type of image.

Do I have to pay anything for the session? Not a thing! Thats right, I will photograph your horses without you having to pay a thing. You only have to pay if you would like to purchase any prints, wall art, or digital files from the session. A purchase however, is not required. Wall art options start at$175, digital files start at $100. A la carte and print collections are available.

What if I own or run a barn and would like to have all of the horses at my facility photographed? If you own or run a barn and would like to have all of the horses at your facility photographed as part of this project please submit the form below and make a note at the bottom of the form. I am able to do this, I just ask that you are present or have someone present at the time of the sessions who is familiar with all of the horses at the facility. I actually have a couple of barn owners who will be participating in this program and surprising the owners with a print of their horse. Then once they receive their gift they will be able to set up a time with me to view the remainder of their images and will be able to fill out the questionnaire for their horses blog feature. Other barn owners have simply sent out an email with information about the project to their boarders and those that would like their horses to be photographed have signed up. Also, if I am photographing horses at your facility don’t forget to ask me about our Barn/Trainer spotlight features.
